Tamjanika is an autochthonous white variety in Serbia, although very uncommon in our wine region of Fruška Gora.
We have brought Tamjanika from Aleksandrovačka Župa, as an homage to the original homeland of our branch of the Tatić family, the village of Garevina.
And it worked!
Unlike most other Tamjanikas, our Tamjanika 2020 is dry and not overly aromatic. To those generally shying away from Gewürztraminer-like wines, to which the usual renditions of tamjanika are similar in spirit, we say, give it a go. It's unique but it won't overpower your senses.
