Stabarka is a family and friends affair.
We are based in Čerević, a Syrmian village located on the 1273rd kilometer of the Danube and the foothills of the Fruška Gora mountain, one of the most important wine regions in Serbia.
Together with our friends and neighbors, we are trying to live up to the wine-making glory of our forefathers, when our village was known far and wide for the quality of its wines and spirits.
We keep things simple and local as much as possible. Self-sustainability and respect for the environment are our guiding mantras.
Our distillery uses previously used or locally sourced wood, as well as water from our well right in the vineyard.
